Bookings are confirmed only after receiving complete customer details and the required advance payment (if applicable). We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking.
Our team uses quality packing materials and professional handling techniques to ensure safe transportation. Customers are requested to declare any fragile, valuable, or special items before packing.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver all consignments safely and on time.
Transit insurance is available upon customer request. Anand Relocation India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents beyond our control, customer negligence, or improperly declared goods.
Customers must not include hazardous materials, flammable items, explosives, illegal goods, cash, jewelry, or other prohibited items unless permitted by law and declared in advance.
Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled moving date. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any operational, transportation, or administrative expenses already incurred.
